Shipping Policy for Cerebral.Ink
At Cerebral.Ink, we use third-party printing companies provided within Printify, to produce and ship our products. While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates and timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary and are ultimately beyond our control.
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2-7 business days for our printing partners to produce the product(s). After production is complete, the shipping carrier will deliver the package to you within the estimated delivery timeframe based on your selected shipping option.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping delays can occur due to a variety of reasons, including weather, carrier issues, or customs delays. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur once the package has left the printing partner’s facility.
Additionally, please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
