At Cerebral.Ink, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product, and we are committed to making the process as easy and fair as possible.
If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue, and contact us using the information to ashton@cerebral.ink.
However, please note that we use Printify as a print-on-demand company to produce our products, and their policy regarding returns and exchanges is as follows: returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. If the order shipping details were incorrect or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Cerebral.Ink will need to be contacted to get the correct information from our customers.
Refunds for damaged products or manufacturing errors will be issued to your credit for the standard period of time of Stripe and your credit card company. If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policies, and that we may require additional information or documentation to process your request.
